Christian Eriksen

Seriously, if Eriksen comes back, and we get a good CB, it's starting to look like a pretty strong team. Maybe not PL title challenging team, but not that far off. Think we should be able to be in the mix, and ready to pounce if the others slip up.
Add a new RWB, and another forward more potent than Lucas/Bergwijn and we're really talking. That said, I think Bergwijn should be given more game time. There's something about him, and I think it's just a matter of time before he really shows what he can.

Agree with pretty much every point you’ve made there.
 
Would be great to have him back at Spurs and he'd give us good balance, but would still need a LCB, RWB and another forward

Good that we're getting bodies in early though
 
I think it's pretty logical to assume at this point it's either stay at Brentford or come back to Spurs. So it's a great time as an "ITK" to put it all on one or the other. 50% of being able to add it to your portfolio of hits.

I'm still not sure utd are definitely out of this. According to a dutch journalist from de telgraf (sp) ten hag wants eriksen and de jong as his primary signings. Think they'll offer big wages.

Did find it ironic though rob on spurscommunity calling out we are tottenham for posting fake itk about eriksen joining. To get money.

Agreed nothing is clear until it's actually clear.

If I wanted to pretend to be ITK, make a statement and hope it comes true Eriksen coming to us would be a good bet, think it makes a lot of sense both for him and us. United and Brentford less so.

I was told he was coming here about 2 weeks after he joined Brentford
That was from a Brentford employee (all be it stadium related)

If that was true (decisions had been made back then) then i would have expected him to have signed for us once his contract with Brentford expired
 
I saw a stat for creating big chances yesterday on Odegaard. He was 40th in the Premier League last season. Kane was top. Interestingly Moura was joint sixth.
