There's this odd narrative that has come about that he's actually a good defender. He's a fantastic attacker but defensively he's always been poor especially when up against a tricky winger.

Just seems strange that the pundits are blind to his ineptitude, they either aren't actually watching or their desire to believe what they want overulew what their eyes actually show them.

Again, Watkins is decent player but Villa will absolutely rinse them, do you really think you can win the league with Watkins leading the line for you?

This is what I can't understand with Chelsea & United, instead of 5 £90M potential buys, just buy 2 established WC players ..

Chelsea needs some experience in midfield to set the tempo and direct the play. So much misdirected energy. They might need Toney as a focal point up front too. Sterling is good but hard to build a team around him.
