Cheatski are still scum

Werner played out wide for Leipzig all the time and scored loads of goals there.. To claim otherwise is a total nonsense.

He's a foreign player adjusting to a new league and shy on confidence in front of goal. He'll do fine. So much typical, flimflam, revisionist overanalysis going on.

They're humans.
He played wide like son does for us and his finishing was awful. He missed hatfuls he really did

The issue isn't loosing to City, which was stupid and the same idiocy that lost them the FA Cup last year.

What people should be looking at is his record against any side in top 10 .. it's a disaster and much more telling.

Chelsea are willing to give Frank Lampard more time as manager, but the situation is under constant review, with Thomas Tuchel, Max Allegri, Brendan Rodgers and Ralph Hasenhuttl considered the primary options if he is dismissed. (Independent)

Former Chelsea striker Andriy Shevchenko, currently in charge of the Ukraine national team, is also being considered as a replacement. (Le10 Sport)

You can see that going well :) Please Roman, make it happen

I think Hasenhuttl could be their next choice. Experienced in the Premier League, turned a team around, and, after Lampard, Chelsea won’t need to appoint a big name manager to appease their supporters. He is definitely destined for a top six club at some stage.

Roman will go for another one of his cronies in Shevchenko

To be honest, I think Hassenhuttl is much more likely to replace Mou when he eventually leaves us than Chelsea taking a punt on him. Chelsea seem to like to buy success ready made with regards to both players and managers unless they pick an Abromavitch favourite like Avram Grant.

He normally goes for winners, the only two times he hasn't are Di Matteo (soon sacked) and Lampard. Think he'll go for Allegri, seems to like Italians. Or Simeone.
Allegri is quality big he would want a very different set of players to what he has there
Will be interesting to see if he sticks with the club legend/bell end or makes the right decision

LAMPARD GETS GRANT BACKING

Former Chelsea manager Avram Grant has given his backing to Frank Lampard amid the Blues’ current poor run of form.

Grant, who led the Blues to the 2008 Champions League final during his one-season spell as manager at Stamford Bridge, says Lampard’s squad has enough quality to reverse the current situation which has seen his side slip to ninth in the Premier League table.

“About the current situation I can say only this," he said on Instagram. "You need to be strong when things are not going well, when things are going well everyone is a genius and knows what to do.

“But in the situation like this when things aren’t going well you need to be strong, look for solutions and show a lot about your character.

“What I can say to Frank and the others at the club is be patient, and more than this do whatever is necessary to do that’s for sure. Two things: never lost it even when things are going well, don’t lose your fighting spirit at the highest level.

“And second, don’t lose what you have here [points at head] you need to think right and look for solutions. If you do that then everything will be okay because the quality is there and there is a potential like there is in my time.”
