Yeah a "treat" proves that it's made-up bs...one thing that Conte isn't is a 'treat'..he's a bomb grenade that pushing the players to their limits (some stay afloat, many sink if they can't handle it). And that's what's needed!

Am so pleased with this appointment and have to say well done Daniel Levy for sanctioning Conte's wage and a transfer budget for Paratici to operate that Conte feels is commensurate with the demands of our job.
Conte is 100% the best coach we could've hoped to have got. In fact I'll go one stage further than that and I'd consider him a BETTER coach than we could've hoped to have got. It is a coup for us to bring him in as he is a top coach who has won lots of trophies who is still at the very peak of his career.
I think our performances will improve immediately as the players will want to impress him (and feel that they have to). I think there will also be some new faces in January to shake things up (I think we'll get a minimum of two and perhaps even as many as three). Conte doesn't come to clubs to have them 'compete'. He comes to clubs to have them winning. Fingers crossed he really is given the tools that he demands and, if he is, I think we will end our trophy drought next season.
