Oh I am not excited in the least. But those 3 wins have ensured we wont go down, so he wont be getting sacked anytime soon now. Plus still being in the EL with a half-decent draw helps

I meant, even if he flukes a EL win, still sack him. He's no where near up to the job and he'd be gone by October. That's what i meant by Di Matteo

Do you really see it though? we probably beat AZ, Ajax will be tough and knowing us, it'll be Jose in the fudging final.
This is the problem with keeping him, the noise around firing him if he did manage to fluke it would be crazy .. and 10 games into next season .. same old ..

By the standards many set they were great managers they won trophies whereas Jol, Redknapp, Poch, Mourinho and Conte were rubbish they won nothing.
Completely forgot Graham won a trophy with us.

I genuinely try to entertain all opinions on the bloke, but be honest, whatever this guy does for us, you're done. So even if we go onto win the Europa, you'd find a way to discredit him. Which makes me wonder where the joy is in this club for you right now?
