He only played when the whole team was utterly dreadful and shot of any confidence. Once they started playing ok, he didn't get a chance. He was their best player in a lot of games early on. Held up the ball very well but had little help, and even less service in front of goal, and missed a couple of chances where he maybe should have scored.
He's taken huge steps since then.
 
Yeh but he is privvy to how they rated him behind closed doors which wasn't highly at all.

That's not to say he hasn't improved just adding that insight

So? Trabzonspor president has said they're in talks with Palace, Leipzig and Spurs. Palace can't sell him without it also going through Trabzonspor. They've paid to have him on loan, and must agree to him leaving.
 
All I know about this guy is that is he was a miserable failure at Palace and did somewhat decently in a pub league, for a pub team.

This is our backup forward?
 
Not like he, or any other striker, will make much of a difference when we play Sissoko and Winks in midfield anyway. :p

You could say the same about Depay at Man U for example, looked poor and then went to a lesser league and proved himself again and is now a much better player. A bad experience at a club doesn’t define you as a player. What if someone came and signed NDombele, do you automatically reckon he will be no good because of his turbulent time here? When Palace signed him he was a player with real potential, and there is no reason he hasn’t still got that ability....

Not making it at United is lot different. Also Depay went to do it in a better league, improved his side and also did it in Europe and internationally.

He may well be an example of Palace missmanaged but from what my mate says he was a calamity in training, now he may have gone on and improved too but you can see peoples concerns

It's a bit uninspiring that we're looking at Palace rejects isn't it? I'm not sure this is what Jose will have had in mind coming here.

That said, he'd be better than no-one.
 
OK Trabz. Have a loan with option to buy. So they can buy out him and sell him.. Crystal cant take him back. Im not shoure we will be good, but ofcourse a Player that is 23 can need some time to be good...
