I don't really agree. I haven't seen any real lack of effort from the players or the leadership group in particular. I've seen lots of poor performances, stupid decisions and just our right brick play, but not a lack of effort.

So basically quite like Tel.

It’s why I think we’ve done ok in Europe. We’ve been fairly reffed and not constantly pulled back for all manor of things during play and then there’s also the big decisions.

For as long as I can remember in the league this season refs have given pretty much everything against us and there’s been nothing said. We’re a very easy team to referee ‘against’.

That’s one of the benefits of paying big money for a known manager and some experience on field. All of a sudden officials become accountable.
 
We completely lack any sort of guile up front, don’t we. Our players also continue, by and large, to look like they’re running through treacle.

And, why do we bring everyone forward for a free kick and then do that???

AAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGH!
