U21'sI'm off to watch the U23s at Exeter tomorrow night. Aside from my selfish reasons, surely it makes sense to give Mudryk a run out?
Might have been others but I remember Lucas playing.U21's
But we don't seem to do that. Not sure who the last first team player coming back from injury played in a youth game.
But I hope lwb plays. I don't want to see him in limbo between the U21s and first team

Lucas Moura played for Tottenhams U21s today as he returns from injury so Richarlison showed up to support him with a sign saying Lucas, cspoorts.io
I always think we miss a trick in this competition by not playing a couple of players with first experience, not to win the trophy simply to help the academy players. Many of our academy players have not played against mens teams and although it's all part of their education they nearly always fail to get beyond the preliminary stage.
I've seen a few of these games and we are usually the better team in terms of technique but we struggle against experience and physicality.
Said the should either split laegue 2 into a north and south and add prem u21s teams in. Or mix them in with the national. They'd be unable to be promoted but would bring a bit more attention to those games and give the players valuable experience.

I think any you dislike, teams not in PL are rubbish full of postmen and plumbers, I'm sure I've read that on here.
Please not Swindon though. They've been my 'second team' since I moved there 46 years ago. I don't live there now but they have a long association with Spurs with both Ossie and Glenn managing and countless players appearing for both teams. Plus, unlike Spurs, I can watch them play terribly without getting too frustrated and depressed
iirc he played the last two games when the u21s needed the results to stay in PL2. They missed out by one goal and were relegated.Yes, I remember that![]()
Bold move if this is the solution to our lack of goals![]()
