. Very happy with our signings so far.
Ive no idea who we are looking at as a striker target. Maybe Thiago or a Vlahovic on a free?
A striker would have to be our top priority though as we are so poor up front.

Ramos from PSG would fit the profile perfectly. He would turn the dial from Richy and Solanke, but but not break the bank. We could maybe get Kang too as a double deal as a Maddison upgrade

Abroad there is no one who will be paying 80m for a CB....
I don't disagree. We'd be lucky to get 80, more likely to be 60 with add-ons IMO.

But is not unlikely that some major CB gets a leg break or ACL or similar, during the WC, so suddenly a top team will need a top starting CB.
E.g. Real Barca Atleti Bayern PSG Italy and the PL6, somebody somewhere might get a nasty injury and suddenly Romero becomes a hot option.
(Or even some crazy outside chance of Saudi or Turkey or Inter Miami or something).

i have a feeling we need all the big boys to complete their transfers before we can
not sure about new PSR rules, but if we have bumper budget leeway, so might others and it would just lead to transfer fee and wages inflation
So late July after the world cup ends, and latest early August for pre season.

Are you Daniel levy in disguise, it’s time spies backed the manager with everything that is possible, even if we miss out we have got to chase the teamsters that the manager feels that he needs. The big boys can’t buy all of the players. And we can’t always wait to be Marty McFly and watch as a by stander
