Cristian Romero

If this is true, it’s absolutely indefensible and unforgivable and reveals a lot about his character.

I’ll hold on condemning him as it’s a rumour at this stage but I guess we’ll see on Sunday.

If this is true, it shows how many fudges he gives about the club. If he's not there for the game, he should be told to fudge off, find another club, and stay away from the stadium and training ground.

I'd love Tim Vickery to be talking nonsense but I actually doubt he is.

We'll be shocked to see Romero in a Spurs shirt again. I have a sneaky feeling RDZ is glad he's not around. That allows the emergence of the other leaders in the camp.

It is very possible that he has been essentially told to not be around for whatever reason. It seems certain we will not see him in a Spurs shirt again. Let's face it, his relationship with the fans is basically beyond repair, and he is a marked man in the Premier League.

I hope he doesn't - we don't need characters like that around when there's stuff on the line.

Again I wonder if you are not alone in that determination. It is wholly possible that DeZerbi does not want him around the camp this week of all weeks? Regardless, I agree that to even put yourself in a position where your manager actually might feel it is a good idea for you not to be around (again I am making an assumption there) is pretty naff and certainly not what you'd hope for. Impossible to imagine the likes of Mabbs or Robbo in this situation!

Apparently not according to Paul Hawksbee it takes place on Sunday afternoon. Not sure how the time difference works though
It doesn't work with star trek technology.

Anybody still think he's not an utter clam?
He should be here, with the squad - full stop.
He's a Tottenham employee. (The sooner that changes the better).

Honestly I'm glad he's decided to do a Romero - things are better without him around. He's toxic.

Just dont see any clubs wanting to pay the fees and wages
Said it before he signed the new contract and now his paper value is higher and more costly
Who knows? He’s a WC winner, and a very, very good player (according to Messi, not this board). I can see a PSG or RM level club wanting his qualities and not being troubled by the price and wages.
