These jokers…

Some podcasts are saying that Peter Charrington is supremely important in all of this.
Vinai just does what he is told by those above.
Others seem to think Beucher the Butcher is the main guy that says what goes.
Others say it is the elderly kids Viv and Charlie.

I'm not sure who or what to believe.
But I know Lange isn't even on the decision ladder, he is just making the teas and coffees and trying not to get sacked this weekend.

The banker, the restaurateur, the Predator boots WAG or the casino bum. Lucky us!

Just proves that no one really knows the true reporting lines or decision makers but (some) podcasters (not our own, obviously) need to have something to opine about in order for them to feel relevant.

The problem is you can't have too many people who know naff all about football....they have to be directed/advised by someone that does ....and that looks like only VV and Lange at this point .

And VV is no more a football man than Levy. And Lange is the DoF who perhaps has limited credibility at the club. So...

Hopefully the kitchen staff know a thing or two about ball.

It doesn't take much imagination to predict what's coming. We'll be in exactly the same situation in 10-12 months time.
They'll probably hire Di Zerbi now, thinking that will solve the problem. We stay up, make a couple of decent signings in the summer, but not really anyone that are significantly better than what we already have. We'll start next season OK-ish, Di Zerbi will be Di Zerbi, and it's all gone sour by new year, and it'll be the same brick show again.

That's my guess.

What I will say is that the truth is actually right there, just trust what you're seeing.

Why? What would new owners offer us?

We just need the children of the current owner to butt the fudge out of club business

OR actually understand that running a football club is not as easy as they appear to have thought it was. Right now, as we speak, be grateful one of them DID butt in, otherwise we would not have seen the change. Of course, with that comes the potential fudgewittery of who comes in if they are (as it would appear) the major drivers behind any immediate decision (I am sure we'll hear about it being a 'committee' and whatnot, but if the Chuckle Brothers were hellbent on sticking with Frank and Frank isn't here any more, well, it speaks for itself)...circus.
Let's just find a way to get through these 12 games and get the points to stay up.
We can address the fudgewittery in the summer (and we all know it will take more than a summer!)...

New owners would hopefully make better decisions in terms of hiring chairmen, directors of football and head coaches. Owners who care more about winning than about money. Owners who aren’t content with finishing in the bloody top 4. Winning mentality comes from the top down, our owners don’t have it.

that kind of person doesn't have any money and can't afford to buy a football club

owners with money either sports wash or asset strip, careful what you wish for

So true.
It's why Levy's tenure is such a dialectic.
The BEST business chairman in football, hands down. Brilliant. If he were the leader of my empire, I'd be delighted (as the Lewis family no doubt have been).
Football-wise? Ehhhhhh...which of course is partially because those above him both handed him a remit and knew he'd be like a dog with a bone with regards to achieving it.
