Anyone who doesn't want to be here can go, you need people committed to the project.

However, whenever someone that senior wants out, as management you need to ask yourself questions.

Lots of talk that he didn't want Frank, also pretty obvious he had some connection with Levy, but the fact that we got caught with our pants down and have had to have him cover this window despite him leaving (no succession planning as other have said) is a huge indictment on the lack of leadership currently.

While the timing isn't great and he has some strengths that we'll miss I'm not sure he was the right man for the job.
