Fabio Paratici - Also Sporting Director

Clearly something going on at ownership level, so no real surprise we are seeing mixed performances on the pitch.

Baffling to me that some are thinking it’s all just Frank.
I don't think anyone has said it's all on Frank? All managers have to deal with issues upstairs, we can all make out ours are worse than others but the reality is we have no idea what's going on right now. And turbulence or no turbulence I don't see how that affects Franks tactics and selections, ability to pass a football etc.....

Look in the Frank thread, some are talking about replacements already.

He’s only been here 5 minutes.

We need someone in who can close deals.

But it's a dingdong move. Stuck by him through all his issues and leaves shortly after we give him a job again.
I think most likely he's been told the revised plan and funds available going forward and decided he doesnt want that on his CV

If a stint as Tottenham’s sporting director is seen as a worse stain on your CV than a 3 year worldwide ban then we’re really in deep brick.

Its perception, in Italy, no club will hire you if you haven’t been sanctioned for corruption at some point.
