Fabio Paratici - Also Sporting Director

He knows football, he knows the club, I maybe mistaken but has a business degree, is clearly intelligent and is obviously happy here.
Seems a bit of a leap to suggest he'd be good at a totally unfamiliar role and one he very probably has few contacts in. I'd to see him doing something similar at the least before you gave him such responsibility.

I think having a Spurs man in that sort of role could be beneficial eg having someone at that level who wants to see the club succeed on a personal level rather than purely because it's their job. They'd need to be able to do the business of course, but having that motivation can't be bought

It's also better to have people with football backgrounds in those roles, rather than suits. Paratici was a player and then a coach. Lange was an academy player, then a coach. Someone with a general business HR recruitment background isn't going to cut the mustard

Business people running football matters, I can't see that it works.
