Eberechi Eze

I actually meant Ornstein but same applies to Romano

The board need to react quickly and decisively. Even typing it sounds ludicrous. Frank is being let down in his first window

I think twitter rumours are best left ignored.

I don’t agree, I think it’s a highly positive window so far, Danso, Palhinha and Kudus look real talents and we got big money for a much loved player that had become a performance issue.

pure comedy this board at times, grown men blaming people for something that hasn't happened yet, reported on by people that have no clue about what's gone on and are just there for clicks to feather their own pockets.

Would have been great to have him but if he goes to scum that will be his choice rather than anything our board have done ... but yet same old anguished cry's of levy out
Its almost as if some have been bragging to their goon mates before anything has happened, and now its all Levy's fault!

I love Eze, and wanted him at the club.

Equally, looking at how Frank wants us to play and create, Eze would be the least 'Frank' type player of our top drawer talent. I heard early on that the reason we did not go in initially was because Frank was not convinced about his workrate, and that he was subsequently convinced that he could work well for us. Truthfully, if you asked Frank, I believe the one he would really really want is Savinho (whether we can get that done remains in grave doubt for me). I have done my 'desktop scouting' and seen that Akilouche profiles much more like an El Khanouss/MGW type player.

Let's see on Sept 1st who has who. I don't actually think Eze helps the goons swuad balance that much. Waneri must be gutted having just signed a new contract and basically told the manager believes in him, only to see it'll be another couple of years in the shadows.

One thing which is undeniable is that Daniel does have a penchant for not getting supposed 'key' deals across the line...

Mane
Grealish
Dybala
B. Fernandes
Diaz

Again, he has done incredible things for this club AND he has an endemic problem when it comes to not wanting to get the final jab/point/'win' in a deal.
IF we sign El Khanouss, who doesn't want to bet it will be as much about tinkling Parrish off as helping us?!

Danso? We have signed Kudus for the first team and lost Son. We have signed Paulinha on loan and frozen out Bissouma. While Paulinha is a much better fit for what we need in that position its been far from a positive window for me. We are NET wide forwards, forward in DM, weaker at CB (as Frank uses a back 3 on occasions) and massive step back at AM due to long term injury

If we hadn't had fudged around over the last week Arsenal would have never got the chance to get him
You have no clue that would have happened for sure . We offer release clause price scum could have still come in matched it and he could have still chose to go there .. fact is no one knows the facts bud ..

apparently we had agreed a fee last week pre clause ( again no one really knows) if havertz is now prompting scum to bid and agree a fee after 2 years of tracking and he wants to go there over us well that's life ... they clearly diddnt value him at his release fee before ...

I get it stings as he would have improved us we've no fcuking clue what's actually happened/happening really have we .

We've just won a trophy, in champions league , sacked manager and got a good one .. improved the team, played well against psg, beat the scum .. and going after some decent players for serious money ... will we/you us only be happy if absolutely everything goes our way ??? Because life and football don't work like that I'm afraid

Edit ... also signed long term deals for two decent talents including wcw captain who was off to athletico at start of the window (again if you believe click bait "journo itk tacos who are only in it for da monies"

This window has been utterly embarrassing. What an absolute sh*tshow.

Hmmm, disagree. We have certainly not enjopyed the positive balance, but Kudus is a brilliant signing (especially given what the manager wants) and frankly, I'd have been angrier not to get him than either of the other two we didn't/appear not to have...
