I don't know if Partey is guilty of these allegations and think people should wait until the judgement of the court before making any decisions.
I think you should reread what I posted.

If you were being investigated of rrape (admin - fcuk off with that *struggle cuddle* bollox) , would your company allow you to carry on in your role as if nothing had happened?

Not believing the victims is one of the charges laid against police and social workers in the grooming cases. I'd take a step back and consider believing the victim and at the same time expect the courts to do their job too.

Believing the victim is different than punishing someone before a trial. Believing the victim should mean you take allegations seriously and investigate fully.

And having someone accused of such a thing at the top of the club I support makes me uncomfortable and must make many women very uncomfortable. My view is suspension with full pay. Anything else undermines many real victims who are scared to speak out

Imagine I accused you of *struggle cuddle*. That is it, you're automatiaclly suspended from your work. With your boss automatically cupable and in the firing line - just because I accused you. Yeah that sounds workable! :D

It’s not without its critics, but far better than what came before it.

How does that work? Could you get a Goon player banned for example just by writing a letter saying they’d abused you? Where is the line drawn and by whom with what detail?

Except he isn't accused of anything so don't know why he would be suspended or why it would make anyone uncomfortable.

Absolutely correct, wait for the verdicts.

To those of you critical of wanting to see a football club act through a suspension or otherwise before someone is found guilty:

Would you say the same about murder or attempted murder accusations? Would you say the same about match fixing accusations?

There is a guy within my company who killed someone whilst driving, completely accidental and the guy who was killed was crossing the road on a dual carriageway. Its under investigation as they believe he was driving recklessly (way over the limit). The guy is still working like normal and action will be taken if / when he is found guilty.

I think its likely a better way of handling than it has been. I would think having full pay and stood down for the time would benefit everyone IMO. Its not a sign of saying "you are guilty" more, you are unlikely to perform under the scrutiny" If and when found not guilty, they can still return to work with a clean slate.

The alternative is whats happened here with statements of "with what he has been through" which leaves a far greater bad taste
