While I can completely understand them refusing bids on Pogba, Martial makes no sense to me.
Mourinho has completely marginalised him, virtually pushed him out of the club - and Im pretty sure his contract is beginning to run down. For what reason would they then be adamant about him staying?

Disagree but in the end he could well be the straw that breaks Jose's back. If we have a good game defensively at Old Trafford with Toby in the team, Utd are going to look pretty foolish for not agreeing to a player swap deal. Martial is clearly not in the right space mentally to be effective for Utd. I doubt that will always be the case if he moves, he's got pace, skill and finishing ability. Poch would have had him playing like Mbappe.

The problem for Martial is that he might be becoming too late. 3 years of career stagnation under Mourinho at his age might be hard to recover from
