We might have some outgoings, but we don't have many players that we'll be happy to sell that will bring in big money. Might leave AVB with £35m or something like that to spend. Should be enough for a striker and a central midfielder though, I think Townsend can come in and give us an option on the flanks, Rose can come in as cover at left back and perhaps fight his way into the starting 11.

Agree about the £15-20m net spend maximum. And that it'll be concentrated on a CF and CM. If we buy a second CF or a GK, they will be unknown youngsters for nominal fees.

After the deck clearing we did last summer, we don't really have many sellable assets left to raise much more - Defoe, Hudd, Gomes and Bentley might net us £15m (Gallas is out of contract and Parker too old to command a fee), but that's it really.
