SPURS are watching teen star Bilal Ould-Chikh of Dutch club FC Twente with a view to a January swoop.
The Moroccan-born wide man, 17, is a sensation in Holland, where he is already playing in the Twente first team.
The speedy winger is also being tracked by Borussia Dortmund and Fiorentina and is tipped as a future Holland star.
Spurs first started monitoring him when he played for his adopted country in the Under-17s European Championships in May.
Ould-Chikh helped Holland to the final - where they lost to England on penalties - and has gone from strength to strength.
He is under contract until 2016 but has a release clause of around £500,000 and fits the mould for Spurs as a young prospect with bags of potential.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino wants to sign Red Bull Salzburg star Kevin Kampl to beef up his midfield, writes Neil Moxley in the Sunday People.
The Argentine had the 24-year-old watched at Celtic in the Europa League on Thursday, when the rapid right-winger helped dismantle Ronny Deila’s side.
Kampl has a contract with moneybags Salzburg that runs to 2019, but the wages on offer at the White Hart Lane club could tempt the German-born Slovenia international.
Pochettino is also still interested in Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph.
The newly-capped England ace is out with a shoulder injury at the moment, but Pochettino is desperate to add power to his stuttering engine-room.
The 25-year-old’s contract at Villa Park runs out next year and manager Paul Lambert may have little option but to cash in on him during the January transfer window, or risk losing the player on a Bosman for nothing.

no where near as good as last year as Armchair Expert would tell you. There very talented manager left them and they also lost Sadio Mane.. last year though, Mane, Kampl, Alan and Soriano were deadly.. scored 110 goals in the league. absolutely roasted Bayern Munich too.

Well hopefully with a proper scouting system in place we can look at the reasons why and then see if any of those players would likely fit into our style of play or the pace of the English game and if they do go and sign them. That is how it should be done rather then leaving it to a bunch of keen amateurs on the internet.

I don't feel we need to strengthen our position where Kampl would come in, but I am all for backing Poch.

Like you I wouldn't be so thrilled about signing Kampl. So far he hasn't been as influential this season as in the previous and he really is a complete *****, makes Eriksen look like Julian dingdongs.
I wanted us to flog Townsend and go in for Mane, but I don't think Kampl is at all what we need. Would be more or less a direct understudy for Eriksen, which wouldn't be bad I suppose but I just think we'd be overlooking our problem areas once again and bringing another body into what is arguably our most well stocked area.
He is a very good player though. No denying that. Just wouldn't be a priority for me at all as, like you say, we have gaping holes all over the place.

Actually they ****ed up the Champions League by losing over two legs to Malmö. New manager Adi Hütter came in from SV Grödig and was caught out of his depth. Grödig is basically a village on the outskirts of Salzburg, and whilst he did a fantastic job he was a bit rabbit in the headlights that day against Malmö as a very expensively assembled squad got bundled out by rank outsiders.
