I'm not even sure it's a case of low/mid/high block, press or no press.

- I think our players don't respond well to authoritative type coaching, you pressure our defenders/midfielders in training/debriefs they simply get worse, they cower vs. step up.
- Dier and Aurier have made mistakes under Mason but it didn't spiral from there, the kept playing an improved.

but yes, what might have been ..

I repeat Jose has left Spurs. We played Bale in a number of games - you have the proof of those games. Move on instead of casting aspersions on a man who has even gotten another job. This is Mason's team now. Move on.

That was the first time Spurs have played a proper high, full press this year..... I think perhaps even this season. It was so refreshing to see. Definitely hurt my eyes FAR less watching us on Sunday than a majority of occasions this season.

Sterner tests await but at least we look like THFC again instead of a 2010s relegation team.

Out of interest, were you also quick to say "move on" when posters discussed Pochettino after he left, Sherwood after he left, AVB after he left, Harry Redknapp after he left etc etc.

Your first point - disagree as Poch was authoratative in his coaching, see how he apparently lambasted Vertonghen for what he saw as poor play leading up to that first goal we conceded when we firsty got back into the CL under Poch vs Monaco. Plus we know what generally happened when you crossed/challenged Poch...

I totally agree re your second point and i think it ultimately comes down to whether your coaching/man-management approach is glass half-empty or glass half-full...

It is illegal. Religious belief is a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010. Forcing someone to take leave because of their religious belief would fall foul of both the direct and indirect discrimination clauses.

I believe that the cause is not due to fasting, but by your recruitment standards.
You probably need help in that department.

Suggest that you look at worldwide stats, to determine if there are more accidents during Ramadan and lent.
Specially in countries with majority Muslim populations.
During my stays in Malaysia & Egypt, I never noticed any differences.
