*** Tottenham Hotspur vs Scum OMT ***

Any t--e--a--m n--e--w--s yet ?

We will need a good performance and result against Arsenal to lift our confidence. But won't mind how we play as long as we get at least a draw in this match.

i think the boys will be up for it.

And today, that is always the key for me. I have said this several times in the past, and I still see no different today.

Although the personnel changes, year in year out, Wengers players ALWAYS look up for this match, whatever is ingrained into them, they all seem 'up for it' and to not overuse the phrase they 'get the NLD rivalry' the same way the fans do.
Sadly I always feel it is just another league match for too many (not all) of our players. As mentioned before, you knew the likes of VDV and Bale 'got it', Jenas, despite a lot of his obvious faults, always raised his game and got many vital goals in a NLD. To be fair, I think the likes of Chadli and Kaboul got it.
Right now, you can count on your hand how many give the impression they know the score. Kane,Rose,Walker, probably Alli.

Lets see if that mindset has changed since last february...I am not holding my breath though. I fear a 3-0 coming our way today

Any adorably cute photos of animals yet ?

Approx 45 mins and line-ups should appear on Twitter, etc

it'd just be typical Tottenham that this depleted team low on confidence goes and actually gets something at the Emirates. only caveat is that if they snatch an early goal, we'll have to open up more and in that case we could well be torn to shreds.

Right, this is it.

Forget the last 6 games or whatever, today is new and fresh and a chance to stick it to them.

11 v 11. That's it. Go and do your jobs, do them well and get stuck in. No naffing about, be confident in your ability and trust yourselves and your team mates. We can get something.

Have some faith. We are Spurs under Pochettino not AVB or Sherwood. COYS

Team v City only a few weeks ago:
Lloris, Walker, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose, Wanyama, Sissoko, Eriksen, Alli, Lamela, Son Heung-min

Potential team today:
Lloris, Walker, Dier, Vertonghen, Rose, Wanyama, Dembele, Son, Alli, Eriksen, Kane.

I'd argue the potential side today is stronger. More than capable.

Poch has gone the full Monty. Wimmer, Dembele and Kane in. Dyer and Wany in CM we now have half a chance
