Phelps got totally owned there, 4th place.
Went to hyde park corner to watch cycling, great atmosphere. Shame they didnt have any commentary or screens, had no idea what was going on. Mobile networks were predictably jammed.
I dont really understand cycling that well but how would more teams in the peloton going for it help, do you mean teams would take it in turns to up the pace whilst the others ride in the slipstream? Why couldnt Team GB for instance breakaway a bit more from the peloton with one of those groups, they were at the front of it the whole time so why does having the others there help them?

It's about money invested in sports infrastructure, and obviously after 2001 sports became much more accessible to the Chinese when they won the Olympic bid. It doesn't matter how many people India has if most of them have ever been in a swimming pool.
Theres no reason for China not to do well at swimming, just as with any event
