I just saw the Spain team sheet - do they not play with a fudgein striker?

Silva is not a striker nor is Fibreglas.

Barca don't play with a striker neither?.. If you have 4 different players running around the goal in which Fabregas, Iniesta, Silva, Xavi will be, you won't know what to be doing. Lets face it, Torres doesnt deserve to be there, Negredo really doesn't deserve to be there and well maybe Llorente doesn't suit them? I don't know but how do you drop any single one of those midfielders?

okay okay, i mean they'll win......and they will by far be the more superior footballing team.

i also dont think that they will have much trouble playing the ball inside the final third. they'll be able to get right in the italian arses and set up shop there...push the italians back and make them defend with at least 9 men

only thing is the the finishing....cant tell what thats going to be like

Yeh the front 3 all have the ability to play in the others position so i'd imagine there's gonna be a lot of changing around throughout the game. The possession count at the end of the games should be ridiculously in Spain's favour so i'd imagine that's a good bet if any bookies is offering something like that.

I looked at it and nearly threw up. I have France reaching the finals anyway but that rumoured England X1 is revolting. Stewart Downing? how the fudge is he even in the squad let alone the first team.

It's a macaronic line up imo. If you start Carroll then fair enough start Milner and Downing but with Welbeck i'd go with Walcott and probably Milner (due to no other options). Downing's only saving grace is his crossing and who will he be crossing too when Welbeck drops deep as he usually does.

Yeah, well they'll move Nasri right with Malouda central. That's the side they went with the other day and that's how they're expected to line up.

M'Vila isn't expected to be fit but he would be in if he is.
