the Martial goal was reminiscent of Henry at his best, especially how he opened himself up and calmly passed the ball into the far corner, so probably the talk of Martial being the new Henry were not that far off the mark

Yeah, he "gave the defenders something to think about" and "offered his team another option" too.
 
Ings was terrible....never seems to hit the ball cleanly, even at Burnley. Strange player

He was playing at left back most of the time;)

Brendon is a mess.
Fluked a win with Stoke (great strike mind)
Fluked a win with Bournemouth
Could not beat an abject Arsenal (should have been 2 up in first half)
The other two matches are grounds for dismissal alone.

The are just poor.

No. He will not be under pressure due to performances like against Everton.
You cannot compare Spurs and Liverpool just on points.

IF Spurs sack Poch it would be stupid.
When Liverpool sack Brendan it will be correct.

The result leaves Villa 15th and without a win since beating Bournemouth 1-0 on the opening day.

Speaking to BBC Sport, Sherwood added: “I’ve never felt this bad. Ever. There was a lot of bad play there in the last half hour. We turned it over stupidly.

“What can I say? I’m gutted for everyone who’s associated with the football club. We have to stop letting in soft goals. Who cares if we played well? We lost. Totally lost.”
 
Great atmosphere at Leicester yesterday and the team really turned it on in the last 20 mins. Fantastic to watch

And a very fit side - Renieri has them working for the whole game. This is also something Poch has done well.

Sunderland faded badly in the end. Extra time sparked them into life.
Was quite surprised with Sunderlands quality.
 
I was delighted to see Villa lose yesterday. Their fans were ole-ing away from home, at 2-0, with 20 mins left to play. Mugs.
