(They have a goal difference of 11, which is significantly less than Chelsea and our 18 and way less than Arsenal's 24. So they're effectively 3.5 points behind Arsenal, 2.5 ahead of us and 3.5 ahead of Chelsea. Everyone does have a game in hand over Arsenal though.)

Right now its about the only thing in our favour, although I do think we really need 8 pts to finish 4th right now, maybe even 9pts. As we have all said, if we were a run of winning games right now, I would be quietly confident, unfortunately on current form the last thing we needed was to play 3 fighting for their PL Lives and a team whose Manager is returning to the Lane with possibly a point to prove

I still don't understand why they get so much press. They have won 4 trophies in their history!!! Is it purely because they are a London club?

Haven't really followed the Championship this season, but I was shocked to see today that both Portsmouth and Coventry have been relegated. That is amazing. I had no idea. Those are two big clubs.

Pompey never recovered from administration, they went into it again this year i thought, or at least there were risks of it occurring..

I agree with the bolded part. It means that at worst we need to win our two home games and draw the two away games. I do still think that its all to play for still, even 3rd place, and Arse and Saudi Sportswashing Machine have very tricky games today. FOr Saudi Sportswashing Machine, its probably their easiest of their remaining 4 games. Arse might well be bullied by SToke and are missing Arteta and Walnut.

I do really think its in our hands as all 4 games are winnable even if we're not on the very top of our games. I think its a big plus for us have Kaboul and Adebayor back fit...need the results to go our way today and then get an early goal tmrw

Sod Coventry; their relegation to the third division has cheered me up no end. I've never forgiven them for ruining this perfectly good Python sketch.
