But what I do no for sure is that AVB and Hulk positive sucessful relationship but Ramos and Levy were not even acquaintances

But this is something that can't really be policed and you can't stop people - old friends - talking to one another.

Is Bale not allowed to send Walcott banter before the next NLD because they play for different clubs? What if they go for a drink together before hadn and get photograped? Is the position of player different from manager? I mean, it's a chat. It wouldn't be a transfer negotiation. Bale may even say something like 'you'd love how we prepare for games now' or something. Is that tapping out? Trying to sell the club to Walcott? They are old friends and able to chat.

All AVB and Hulk are doing is having a quick chat in a public place. It wasn't secretive because it didn't need to be. It looks like that is the communal part of the hotel in the picture so unless they arranged to meet there and decided to stand up for the entire course of it, it further proves it was a quick chat AVB had before/after going to see Sandro.

Levy talking to Hulk would be different. Just like Levy talking to Ramos was different, Because Levy hasn't/hadn't worked with either of them in the past.

Like I said, if we wanted to tap up Hulk we could have done so in much better/more hidden ways than this. I'm sure Porto are well aware of the dodgy tactics being used by clubs to engineer transfers, they probably parttake in at least some of those themselves. A picture of AVB next to Hulk at the Brazil hotel is hardly even secrecy. fudge me, Porto have at least one other player at that hotel, and they met in a common area of the hotel!

pretty sure there is nothing wrong with talking to his own player, just dont stop for tea and crumpets with a guy that plays for a team with may still be in negotiations with. it looks bad.

So it's that he got caught doing it...by a mobile phone...in a public place...when what happened was 95% likely to have been a quick chat to an old friend.

Do you think the normal/best thing to do would have been for AVB to ignore Hulk? Or say 'let's go into this room here...' to simply have a quick chat and catch up?

seriously, i dont want to get into a beef with you about what went on at the hotel....ive made my point, i think it was all harmless what happened, but if you see differently then fair play thats your right

Right. So no meeting in public and no meeting in private, thus no speaking to the player at all.

I honestly think you're overestimating how much Porto will care about this kind of a picture. I could be wrong of course, but they would have to assume that AVB is completely incompetent at tapping up to assume any malice from this.

yep , tapping up tactics are all over the shop in football, even though the liklehood is innocent discussion between old colleagues is high the fact is that while the waters are still sensitive..try not to lighht a match . AVB is our manager now, wait till its okay to chat to hulk without rumours getting generated
