Jamaal Lascelles has been scouted for months now. Arsenal chelsea and spurs scouts were always at his games. He is a cb and isnt much gd at rb! Would be abit surprised if this was the cryptic as arsenal have a bid in for him! I have heard we would bid as well around ?ú2.5 to ?ú3.5 mil so will chelsea but he is no where near ready for the first team?
