I had never heard of either of those guys, but looked up Doumbia on Wiki and see he scored 50 in 64 for YB Berne in the Swiss league, and then 33 in 53 for CSKA Moscow. That's 83 in 117 since the 2008/9 season. 24 years old, 5'10", Ivorian. Russian Footballer of the Year 2011.

Is this guy well known? That record sounds interesting at that age. Never heard him mentioned in any talk about strikers.
 
Fairly well known. Gutterboy will tell you he's pants though and has the same end product as Walcott and Babel.

On a serious note he is very much under the radar but could turn out to be 1 of the best strikers in the world.
 
Various news items on google recently linking him to the goons or cheatski and putting his price tag at either ?ú24m or ?ú26m!!
