Putin & Russia

This is good and needed, and hopefully backed up woith meaningful actions. Anyone know why the Weimar name (considering the historic connotations)?

edit: I saw this in a reply to the above
"The Weimar Triangle was formed (in the city of Weimar) in 1991 - a diplomatic alliance between France, Germany and Poland. It was designed to support Poland coming in to NATO. It then expanded to included other countries (hence Weimar+)"
