Tbh what I find amazing is not Boris’ buffoonery - that was expected - it is the perversion within the Tory party.
Tory MP sexually assaulting a 15 year old
Another Tory MP arrested for *struggle cuddle* and sexual assault spanning 7 years.
Another Tory MP touching people up.
And yet another who was too stupid to watch porn on his own time.
What a depraved bunch!
So Zahawi got the job. But if true that Boris wanted to appoint Truss as Chancellor... well, that's just plain sabotage.
Well I'm getting in early and throwing my hat into ring.
I hope i can count on everyone's support, we can do this.
Can't be any worse than boris.

Nadine Dories released a statement that said Zahawi would do well in health.

What a lame arse coup. A damp squid (why does gg auto correct squi b to squid!) Rishi doesn’t want to take the can for the financial woes coming up. Rats and the sinking ship.
Crazy thing is Boris has one biggest democratic mandates ever. And for better or - more likely worse - he’s highly electable. Not sure the next incumbent will carry the people. They will be the fall guy picking up the pieces after a series of brick shows, the main one being Brexit.

Zahawi is one of the few competent people left in the cabinet, good on him.
I've been pondering a career change for a while. Both PM and DM for Arsenal are now kind of sitting there on my list, just a few places below checkout girl in Boots
He gets too much credit for the vaccines roll-out. That worked because it relied on the existing primary care ecosystem, which rose to the challenge. It was the services built from scratch, like test and trace, which failed.
I don't think he's very electable anymore, he's also far too weak as a leader and can't make decisions for himself.
For me the HoL should be replaced with something like the Nordic Council (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nordic_Council). That could sit in York (geographic centre of the UK) and have responsibility for foreign policy and trade, representing the 4 countries of the UK. The HoC, at Westminster or wherever, could then become solely the English Parliament, with a focus on domestic policy; also solving the West Lothian question.
Fair play to Bojo. He's manged to utterly destroy the Conservative party.
He still has a big following. Not as many will vote for him, but I think he has an ability to captivate the masses. Most politicians are watching-paint-dry-boring. The simple truth is Boris is more interesting, keeps messages simple and compelling, and is a bit different. So for those who don't invest in the detail (like him) he is highly electable.
I rarely disagree with your political posts and I don't hear.
Think wrongly I come across as right wing when the majority of mine are to the left. This country is crying out for change and innovation.
Might get accused of being woke but I think it is time we got rid of the 'great' from Britain. Just sends the wrong message to me.
