OMT Tottenham v Gillingham - League Cup

It is a risk but one worth taking for 60mins or so IMO. If he bags a goal or two in that time it will give him a confidence boost ahead of those other matches. Even if he doesn't score but plays well that's good too.

Exactly. Son to come on for him around 60.

I don't mind if he doesn't score. Just want him calm and focused, showing he can deliver over the next couple of months. Not much has been made of it, and Poch is purposefully playing it down, but Kane's injury might be light (hopefully!) or really quite serious :(

Most of the ones I know would happily accept their current lot to keep the FA Cup win.
I agree if you say to them would you swap being westbrom for the cup most would say no...

.. If it were 15 cl campaigns not sure you would get the same result.

i dont know why so many people are picking Jannsen when he is our only fit striker right now and we have Boro away, CSKA away and Emirates Marketing Project coming up next week

this is a nothing game at home and having Son as a striker should be enough to beat the Gills

Agreed. I wouldn't risk him or Son agin the Gills. Much more important games ahead where they will both be needed.

In Jansens case I'd be inclined to agree if he had already scored a couple since joining us. He needs to get out there tonight and fill his boots IMHO

Does anyone in the US know where this is being shown? The Spurs official site saye BEIN Sport but I signed up only to find no trace of it. Quite happy to pay to watch

It has just shown up as on Arab Bein Sports. Not seen anything about their other networks.

Janssen

Subs:

who is Whiteman???

Decent options on the bench if struggling. Walkes and Edwards to get a cameo if we are cruising
