Cant challenge them if you don't have the ball
 
Either we drop off and let them have the ball in their own half. Or we press, but we need some pace to hit them on the counter.
 
Thought the ref had lost the yellow card for most of that first half. How the fudge is it only Kolarov, of their lot, on a yellow.

We've been dreadful. But hopefully, we can only get better for second half.
 
Poor half, as expected. Need to up the game considerably here. Shambles defensively. Kane looks like someone who hasn't slept for a week.
 
City are a good side, they have vey good offensive players. We are rattled because they have pressed us back not giving us any time. It's not that we are playing poorly. We rely on our fullbacks running the channels they haven't been able to do that so we have not produced anything offensively. But we have held firm at the back. Still feel we need either Son or Sissoko to run at their back line which we know will panic.
 
Got away with that in the first half. Hopefully Poch gets the message through and we can come on strong in the 2nd half, think we will get stronger as the game goes on, think City will fade towards the end
 
Awful performance but I think a lot down to city pressing. We have given them all their chances though. Poch, earn your money now.
