Olympic games Paris 2024

Riveting TV as I watch the windsurfing, lots of great action shots of people on boats and along the shore line and great commentary "were just waiting for the wind to change" "should be starting soon" " what a lovely view" worth every penny.

The 200m free swimming final was bonkers close! 7 of them finished within 8/10th of a second! 7/100s between 1st and 3rd! The Canadian who lead by half a second at 150m, lead the entire race until 190m, and finished 5th!

Great night all round. GB Relay team successfully defending their Gold with a fantastic swim in the 4x200 relay.
Plus Murray and Evans progressing to the Quarter finals in the tennis.

Not many golds so far for the Muricans. Have got their arses handed to them in the pool. Can’t wait for the track and field.
Good to see as their fans are getting on my tits with the USA, USA chants, even when it’s a silver. Probably the only country to do that.

Hoping for these Olympics first medal for Norway today. Got a great chance today in the men's Triathlon, as we have two great athletes and potential winners in Vetle Thorn and reigning Olympic Champion Kristian Blummenfelt. Thankfully the Seine has been declared safe, so we get a proper triathlon with spectacular surroundings in the middle of Paris!

Both triathlons were great entertainment. What a finish by Yee.
What a finish! Wilde had it in his pocket, with a 14 second lead with 500m to go, and then completly ran out of juice the last few hundred meters. Early on it looked up like Yee had pushed to hard, and he looked finished when Wilde passed him. But he adjusted his pace and kept himself in the race. Well done!
