Which bit are you talking about? I found all the plot twists boring, telegraphed or pointless.

I liked Waltz in Basterds, thought he was okay in Django, but after Sceptre thought he needed a new shtick. One of the weaker villains in a Bond film I remember which is funny considering how they tried to build him up. Apparently it was supposed to be Gary Oldman. That might have worked c

Well having talked to plenty of people now, it appears I am slow on the uptake.

Hopefully, most people have seen the film now, but

I didn't realise he was Blofeld until I saw the white cat....as I say, I now realise I am not good at spotting these things

Think I'll go see In the Heart of the Sea, the true story behind Moby dingdong. Tells the story of the Essex, a US whaler that was rammed and sunk by a bull sperm whale on the 20th of November 1820. The aftermath of the sinking was pretty bad. Looks good. Directed by Ron Howard.

Steven Spielberg has told Screen that he intends to make a fifth Indiana Jones film and will never replace Harrison Ford in the title role.

“I don’t think anyone could replace Harrison as Indy, I don’t think that’s ever going to happen,” he said in an interview with Screen International that will be published Friday (Dec 4).

With Ford in his mid-70s, there have been rumours that the whip could be passed on to another actor, with Chris Pratt being one suggested name. But Spielberg firmly denies the speculation.

“It’s certainly not my intention to ever have another actor step into his shoes in the way there have been many actors that have played Spider-Man or Batman. There is only going to be one actor playing Indiana Jones and that’s Harrison Ford.”

Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981), Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989) and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008) have earned nearly $2 billion in worldwide box office since their release.

But with Crystal Skull deemed a disappointment to some critics and fans, Screen asked Spielberg why he would want return to the character yet again.

“Because there are more adventures out there than films,” said the filmmaker, who turns 69 on Dec 18. “So as long as there’s more adventures out there, I’ve got a bullwhip, a fedora, a leather jacket and a man on a horse who knows how to get the job done.”

"No septuagenarians were hurt during the making of this movie.

Except Harrison when he fell off his horse and needed new hips."

Much as I love the original trilogy of films, it'd seem slightly ridiculous to wheel out the old boy at this stage.

No one else seen A Force Awakens yet? I watched it tonight & thought that it was great.
Yeah I saw it. I enjoyed it. It is very lightweight and childish but what do you expect from Star Wars?! I watched it with a 12, 9 and 7 year old. The latter was traumatised as you would expect. It was 90% the same as episodes 4, 5 and 6. I won't spoil the plot but was very very unoriginal. But I enjoyed it

Saw it on opening night, a few people dressed up as X-wing pilots and the like - quite amusing.

Thought the 1st half was fantastic, better than expected -- last 30 mins did drag a bit for me, but could just be my attention span.

Don't get the Star Wars love. Thought it was outdated, childish, and a farcical rehash of the last story - to the point where parts of it literally seemed like a spoof.

But then I've never particularly liked any of the other six, so don't know why I let myself think this one would be any different! I'm sure anyone who likes the original three will love this one - think it was intended to be like porn for existing fans basically!

My thoughts on the Force Awakens. Poorly acted by a majority of the cast. Obviously special effects wise, its good. As mentioned above it felt a homage to the original (episode 4) but with weak plot and repetitive storylines. Won't be bothering with the next two.

Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi are the only decent ones.
