Maybe, but I also think his hand was forced a lot of the time and there was a lot of good fortune that came from luck, not good planning. I bet he never planned for Redknapp to be around this long that's for sure. But by building a stable financial platform he has set the foundations for a successful era. Hopefully he'll make a good appointment for Spurs if Redknapp does go, and not get blinded by trying to bring in a big name Manager who isn't suited to our ethos.
So depending on your agenda (as I already pointed out to Milo eventhough he denies having one) his decisions have either been 'luck' or 'good planning'. Your constant hate and baseless attempts to discredit everything one of the best Chairman in the PL does for more than a decade is as boring as the infinte pro-Arry propaganda.
Difference is - when your boy buggers off to manage England for which he's been hitching skirt for the last 2 years out of the window of his Wayne Rover - it would be Levy who remains behind, picking up the thread again - so why not stick by him and try to see the positives he does, making sure when don't end up like Leeds instead of always smearing brick all over him by passing of specualtion about past events as fact.
