I would have him.

He's the future....see him on the touchline yesterday? Wants it BIG TIME.

Harry couldn't give a fudge.

Harry's a billion years old and just went through heart surgery, so surely sitting in his chair isn't all off.

Aren't there like a hundred other things which we could criticise firstly ?

On Topic:

I rate Lambert. He looks good. His team looks good.

Style looks simple but I highly assume that's due to necessity (having Grant Holt rather than Messi in the squad) rather than beind a dedicated Tony Pulis fanboy.

Also how about that individual player managment ? Pilkington and Bennett more than matched up with Bale and Lennon on the day. More than so.

I don't think Lambert 'likes his teams' to play the long ball into the channels, I think he has a plan for each game and yesterday that was it. He's shown himself to be extremely flexible with formations and changing his approach depending on the opposition. If he had better players he'd play a nicer style of football I'm sure.

I'd be happy with Lambert as our manager. Said it in the 'Harry fudged us up' thread, he's one of the new breed and will be around a while. He has new ideas and it's amazing how many clear cut chances Norwich create each game. The amount of space they find themselves in is fantastic.

Look at the players and the level they are performing at, there is ONE reason for that Paul Lambert.

They play a high line and with tempo......the manager sets the tone.

A picture painted a thousand words yesterday.

Harry has been going mad when we've scored recently.

Your point is?

What I like about Norwich is that they have a gameplan.

Several plans, in fact, depending on opposition.

We don't have a single clue of a plan but we have good players. Our players with their gameplan, with Lamberts gameplans, surely looks like a good match.

That armflapping and shouting has nothing to do with football managment.

I beg to differ.

Look at Sir Alex.....when he needs to he's on the touchline going mental. If things are going to ratbrick a manager should be there telling players to get in position and puttinga rocket up them.

Are you saying the only times a manager gives instructions is before the match and at half time?

Harry looks comatose most of the time.......I want someone stood on the edge of the technical area for 90 mins living it. Even if it's for appearances only, which it isn't.

No. I am saying that the shouting and screaming and armflapping in its own right has minimal influince in a 34.000 strong football ground.

It's hardly Sir Alex's armflapping who had made him the leagues all time great manager.

Their on Saturday against Man Ciitty and perhaps against the Goons in May with Sky........be frigging annoying if they play crap against these sides.

Whats the betting against the goons, the arse will go up 2 nil in the first 15 minutes and the carrot munchers be chasing shadows for the next 75 mins and it'll end up 3/4 nil.

Watching Lambert he looks like look-a-likey of Martin O'Neill with his tracksuit bottoms in his socks..........ive got the same view of Rodgers lets see how good they are next year first of all to see how good they are. We be saying the same next year if Adkins and McDermott come up with their clubs.

Lambert reminds me of Francis, reserved personality, hard work on the training ground, tracksuit manager

I like him, but im ready for a bit of Spursalona football. Come on down BR

oh come on, tika taka, tippy tappy, triangles galore, whats not to like.....we have better players than Swansea, can bring in better too, if we had a true passi and move base to our team I think we could be very hard to contain. Its got to be worth a go, just for curiosities sake

After the brick I've been watching over the last few games, I'd even be fudging happy with Buck Rodgers nevermind Brendan.
