"Forward". Hopefully he'll be in the conversstion in a decade or 2.

Would like him to be a bit more confident in his left foot though. Although a minor gripe from me though.

Forward.
Normally out wide on either wing (more left for the youth teams) but could play behind a striker

Currently he's a forward at 16 his position is not set in stone, when I was young we had a 15 year old who played left back but he went on to play centreforward for England.

Those countries dont have the football pyramid like we do
In the UK it’s very historical and for the right reasons
Clubs were created by communities and factories and it’s stuck

The model of creating second tier sides for top clubs could kill that and there wouldn’t be a way of make it happen

Germany most certainly do have the pyramid with Bundesliga, 2.B, 3.B and then Regionalliga split in to 5 regions, with promotion and relegation within that pyramid.
