Levy and Lewis in the circles they mix in are always meeting these people. The media puts two and two together to sensationalise and decides it must be to buy Spurs. How many times have we apparently been in talks now?

If he was interested it would only to be a stake, he's not selling the Cowboys to fund anything. One upside would be his influence in getting an NFL franchise based at the stadium.
Or he gets a loan. Not many rich people buy businesses with their own money.

A loan of 3-4 billion? Not happening. Would need to be others behind him for that to be a runner. Either way the source isn't exactly a renowned.
This was mentioned on a podcast a few weeks back. They're not far off a voting majority now. Who knows what they might want to do with the league. Matches abroad will definitely happen.
