I would assume managers are selected by him, Levy and Donna Cullen (at a minimum). But he is responsible for the football side...to exactly what extent, I don't know. But he isn't simply Partici's replacement.
So who is now doing Paratici’s role? (that I think Paratici did brilliantly)

Technical director Johan Lange
Head of football insights and strategy Frederik Leth
Head of loans and pathways Andy Scoulding
Head of performance analyst Ross Johnston
Academy director Simon Davies
Chief scout Rob Mackenzie

It will be Munn's role to coordinate all these people and heads of other departments and make sure everyone is working towards the same goal. I guess Leth and Mackenzie and maybe others as well might report to Lange, who then reports to Munn.

If Lange has replaced Paratici then all of those would surely report in to Lange, yes.

Wonder who other than Lange then reports to Munn? Big Ange? The women’s team manager? Anyone else?

Just accidentally opened this thread on page 1, instead of 393 😳

Found myself reading for 5 minutes during which time I learned that in 2013:

We should spend more money

The chairman needs to go

The moving on of deadwood takes too long

We won't have another chance to get fourth again if we don't capitalise now.

Good to see a lot has changed in the ensuing 11 years.
