The drivel that comes out of your gob never ceases to amaze me
You don't think he is brick?
I'm scared he might think he is a professional footballer. The is a moral obligation to tell him he is brick.

The evidence suggests he is a professional footballer. Give he has played for Barcelona, and was then sold to us and we pay him. That makes him a professional footballer. He may not be a great one, but you have to eat the fat that he earns A LOT of money as a PROFESSIONAL footballer. You don't think he is brick?

I can't believe that any fan goes to bed with only positive thoughts about Spurs every night, and if you do it doesn't mean those that don't are any less a fan than what seems to be suggested on here at the moment.
Booing players, we all agree is not helpful and a scumbag move, but being realistic of a players limitations on a forum designed for debate isn't urinating on Bill Nics memory like some are making it out to be.
And I don't have to remember how bad Ben Thatcher was to have a sense of realisation, I mean for all my criticism of Conte at times if we are really expecting him to work with players because "they are better than Ben Thatcher" then we are doing a world class manager a disservice
And he never hidesI think everyone agrees we'd want to upgrade. But getting angry at a player because he's not as good as you would wish but who gives his all isn't good. Doesn't help the player, doesn't help the team.
Him not being rotated with doherty or spence isn't his fault either. That's on those players and the manager.

He could with the abuse he gets but he cracks on
That’s admirable IMO as fans can kill players
You should offer them use of one of your helicopters.Him and Dier are a disgrace and should go to the top of a volcano in Japan and jump in. I hate the pair of them.
My opinion is it’s a message to Levy: Get me ready made players or you’ll have to put up with this garbage.I still think he has improved, but not enough. Still think we should look for an upgrade, I don't quite get why Conte keeps playing him over Doherty and Spence.
The treatment of him at games isn't helping him or us, it's not fair and I wish it didn't happen. I'm impressed by his ability to deal with that, and furthermore impressed by his ability to play a role he's not suited to, even though he's not quite good enough for that role.
Still maintain little hope of him progressing to the required level as a wing back. Think there's just too much to work on for it to be particularly likely. But he has improved and I think he can improve further. Particularly with Kulusevski playing ahead of him and Romero as RCB.
Hope we sign an upgrade. If we don't I hope he continues to improve and that he's treated better at games by our fans.

However, that does feel like cutting his nose off to spite his face.
Who we sign in January will be telling…
Agree. Treatment can be summarised of him on here by the fact a long ball was switched out to Royal, he chested the ball just inside opposition half and volley passed it around the defender to Kulu and then run all the way into the box and received the cutback from Kulu and a decent shot on goal that won us a corner. ZERO mention of it on the match thread. There were other instances too where he linked well with Kulu, and obviously the quick throw that set Kulu on his way for the second goal.I still think he has improved, but not enough. Sorry but that is just very unlikely…. We’re fighting for top 4 (and could’ve even been outside chance of the title) and the CL. Conte will pick the team he thinks is most likely to get him a result in the match. My opinion is it’s a message to Levy: Get me ready made players or you’ll have to put up with this garbage.

I’m with you here. He does quite a few good things in the game but a few obvious bad deliveries/finishes get jumped on. If (and it’s a big IF) Royale could improve his final action by 20% then we’d have a good player on our hands.Agree. The chance he should have at least got on target? Straight away loads on here jumping all over him. Sure he can be criticised for that poor finish, but if people are just choosing to ignore the good things he does then no wonder people think he's awful when he's really not THAT bad.....

When was it that "fans" started hating players at their clubs? There have always players I didnt rate at Spurs, but I've never felt the way I've seen people on here carry on. I preferred Mel Hopkins to Peter Baker and Terry Medwin to Terry Dyson but Bill Nick had other ideas. Is Royal the sole reason we aren't walking away with the league? We could do better but you could say that about 4 or 5 players.
I suppose it boils down to whether you're a fan or supporter.
Does anyone know what time they start training at spurs.
Want to watch him as he drives in. I want to meet him just to tell him he is brick.
