totally agree re; photos and the profiles being too indepth nowadays - i have heard and seen from friends the detail that some sites ask for now, which is not far from a biography!!

i guess therein lies the key - if you "feel it", its a good route for you, if you "dont feel it", its not!

I have a date lined up for Saturday with a woman that I met off the internet, fingers crossed that it goes well. I told her that usually my priority would be Spurs game, she even offered to watch it with me, but in the end I told her that I'd rather spend the time getting to know her. If we beat Chelsea then fantastic!! I'd be delighted, even if I didn't see the game live. Perhaps I'd have better news than just the football that day; particularly as she also told me that she hates Chelsea but rates Harry Redknapp... hmm :D but before we get too excited, she is an Arsenal fan :(

I've had plenty of fun with girls I met online - one was my gf for a few years, while others haven't worked out in the long run. I find it's an excellent way to meet new girls and take them on dates. Worst thing that can happen is you don't hit it off, or she's ugly/fat. The latter you can eliminate by making sure there are multiple photos on her profile, both of her face and photos that show her body.

If you're lucky, you might get some. If not, you go home and watch porn. Simples.

I always found the trick is to try to be creative - both in your profile and your messages. The good looking girls get so many messages every day, 90% of which are titled "Hi" or "Hello" or nothing at all. If you manage to stand out, you stand a much better chance of catching a girl's attention.

Also, be honest about yourself. Don't post pictures of Fabio when you look like the Michelin man.

Most people wouldn't reply to someone who they couldn't see because a) it makes out they are hiding somthing and b) you will always be worried that the person you are talking to is Jonah.

Have the balls and put a picture up and I bet your response rate will multiply.
 
Nowt wrong with a dating site. I've never used one, but if you're gonna - then don't be a fanny about it. Whack your pic up, lash a few words together and see who's interested. Who the hell is gonna waste their time talking to some dingdonghead with no picture? Come on, be serious here.

Mate of mine - who's a bit of a sex addict - used oasis.com. He fudged 14 yats from it; travelling up and down the country to get his end wet. That's too much of a mission for me, but as I said - the guy is a pure addict! Some of them were stunners, but most were plain Janes. They seemed okay with the arrangement, I don't know of any who are stalking him. Strange fudger though as he's got a couple of young kids. Doesn't speak to the mother - she's some crazy fat mare who reminds me of Kat Slater.

Dude - read the post man - I did put a photo up. But it was a brick photo. Just one that was lying around on my laptop. I guess with dating sites you do need to take the time to put a profile up and photos etc. Profiles are stupid, id rather get to know how someone is rather than fudgein read it. Takes the fun out of it.
 
Ok so im kinda dating an older woman who has a kid. Well we have been on one dat last friday night and basically we fudged. Ok we didnt fudge but I didnt have any condoms, I had a twin bed which kept on splitting apart whilst trying to do it, I bruised her cos I was being too harsh, I fell on the floor, the usual stuff - basically everything that could have gone wrong in fudgein her DID GO WRONG. hmm 31 and 42... if you were 25 and she was 35 that might be quite cool, but as soon as you hit your 30s you gotta start aiming 10 years younger.

I have been with older women when ive been in my 20's. Never been with an over 40 yr old woman.
