I think the price reflects his lack of Premier League experience. They are effectively paying for a player whose level has been up til now, championship. Of course for those who followed him when he was at Brentford like me, and who feel there is a very good player in there, it's cheap. Based on the yardstick of PL experience I would be dissapointed if Bentaleb was sold for less than double that price. Gutted both are going tbh.

Hope he proves us wrong in letting him go. At least he'll be playing for Chrissy Hughton who I'm sure will get the best out of him.
Loved watching him when he was at Brentford so now Brighton will become my Championship team for the duration. He has the talent to become the most entertaining player of all at that level.
