Yesterday we sold Pritchard to Norwich for around £8m...

I worked out that in his seven years at the club (since 09), he played 12 minutes of first team football, that includes cup competitions and the Europa League.

5 vs Aston Villa (May 14)
7 vs Everton (Aug 15)

Considering players like Tom Carroll for example, who has played 50 times for Spurs, and Ryan Mason (71), I think that he wasn't given a fair chance.

I watched him play several times for Swindon in League One, and Brentford in the Championship in 2014/2015 and he looked like he was to good for that, and he was just 21.

He won Brentford's player of the year and appeared in the PFA Championship team of the year.

He was also in Pochettino's plans last year before his injury, so I think it's strange how he hasn't played but he now isn't in his plans?

I am gutted mate I can't deny that. But I have never trusted a manager of Spurs more than Poch. I don't think the decision to let him go was based on footballing ability but rather that he is not the right fit for Poch. Tbh like Mason, pritch is too old and too good to be simply a squad player so for the good of his career he needed to move on. I will continue to follow him at Norwich.

I think we have to be realistic here.

1) He has had 1 great season at Brentford and showed great moments a Swindon in League 1.
2) At WBA Pulis barely played him. Whether it was injuries or style I'm not sure, but if Pulis thought he was going to win WBA matches he would have played him.
3) It's not like he's left us for Man Utd or Chelsea. He's not even left us for a Premier League side. If he was good enough to make an impact in our side this season teams like Burnley, Middlesborough or Southampton who all like to "play football" would have been interested. In the end two Championship clubs were fighting for him.

I thought after his season at Brentford he'd step up. The injury at the U21 WC obviously stopped that, and perhaps Poch hasn't liked what he's seen since.

With the way Levy works i would not be surprised if Levy added a clause for a percentage of future transfer fee and a buy back price so we can buy him back and get the percentage we payed back.

The was something like that in the Luongo deal, the young aussie lad who I expect to star for QPR this summer.
