Ref probably spot on there, if you're talking about real life. ie there was no reason for HK to fall over

But good forward play is creating those situations and making the goalie/defender 'miss'...you've made them mis-time the tackle.

Let's be honest, we saw plenty of these at Spurs where Kane 'wins' the penalty making sure there was contact.

Was surprised to see it not given though, have been thoroughly impressed with the officiating/VAR at this tournament....
