He is the sort of striker we need to go for, we can not get the top tier striker because of money this guy has a growing reputation, it is like when we signed berbatov.

agreed.

scoring goals in the dutch league is a gamble when buying a player but Suarez did it, so did Nistelrooy. We may have got a good one.

Adebayor actually has the potential to change the game and with Defoe, you know that he won't do anything. It'd be pointless to start Defoe against Chelsea. He's the man against Hull, Wigan and San Marino. That's his level..
71 min: On comes Defoe, and it's Adebayor – utterly ineffectual today – who goes off.

GOAL! Tottenham 2-1 Manchester Ciy (Defoe 79)

That was my thinking....although with Berba he was like a gazelle Bony from what I have seen looks like a bulldozer.

Dutch club Vitesse have denied that the Ivory Coast striker Wilfried Bony is about to sign for Swansea City.

A statement read: "On Thursday 27 June various media reported that Wilfried Bony makes a move to Premier League club Swansea City.

"This message is incorrect. For the striker, last season top scorer in the Dutch Eredivisie, is a lot of interest and indeed Swansea City is one of the interested clubs. However, a transfer to Swansea City is not an issue at this time."

Bony and Michu up top, real little and large could compliment eachother very well!

3 centimeters difference between them according to Wikipedia :-" (Michu 1.85, Bony 1.82). Not sure if that's accurate, seems about right for Michu at least.

cant wait to see this lad in the PL....the way Swansea play, he could score plenty
