My love for Tottenham outstrips my hate for Arsenal....
So does mine, but a single league win or draw isn't a worthy trade for them winning the title

Mine too and I’d imagine it’s the same for everyone on here.My love for Tottenham outstrips my hate for Arsenal....
You are literally advocating for throwing a game! That's not what this club is about.Mine too and I’d imagine it’s the same for everyone on here.
However, winning the league is a much bigger and more enduring achievement than qualifying for the CL or beating Emirates Marketing Project for potentially no reward beyond the 3 points.

Well we certainly won’t win it with that loser mentality. We're not going to win the league this season. Someone else will.

Worrying more about what others do. Rather than being the best you can possibly be, for me, is a losers mentality.
The best we can be is 5th, whether we get something out of City or not
Erm....that's not true. The best we can be is 5th, whether we get something out of City or not
I stand corrected, thought it was over with Villa drawing.
Still, i wouldn't trade a 'chance' of 4th for them winning the league.
The professionals at the club will be doing whatever they can to win.You are literally advocating for throwing a game! That's not what this club is about.
Erm....ok.The professionals at the club will be doing whatever they can to win.
The fans, being an emotional bunch, might have split thoughts about the outcomes on offer, for a situation that lets be honest, happens one game a decade?
No-one believes the game will be thrown. Ange and the team will go out and give it their all much like we did in 1999 up at Old Trafford.Erm....ok.
You are still advocating for throwing a game.
But we could perhaps win Europa. We ain't winning Champs. So you'd be happy to take £100m from our turnover and give it to villa? Letting them attract better players in the process. That doesn't help us it helps our rival.
Villa will also not have to play thursday sunday so will get better breaks between games.
But we could perhaps win Europa. We ain't winning Champs.
I'm guessing you don't understand what advocating meansNo-one believes the game will be thrown. Ange and the team will go out and give it their all much like we did in 1999 up at Old Trafford.
And probably much healthier for it mentally as result.
Just watching Ange’s press conference highlights on Sky Sports News…prickly! He was so cross he even made eye contact with the questioner a couple of times.
