Very much so, Lazar has lots of holes in his story though and he didn't brief the president on a daily basis like Grusch did
He is a very credible person to come forward

Always felt the main part of Lazar's story has remained consistent the whole time, the holes are mostly around "he said, they said", he claims he went to a certain college or worked in certain places, the records doesn't exist, either he lied or they removed them, gotta love a conspiracy.
