Yeah, I sort of get that, but what's in it for the winner? Are there some final knockout stages or something? What are the incentives for the best teams in this? I get that the lesser teams, like Norway, get a chance to qualify for the euros through it, but what's in it for England, who are likely to qualify regardless? Is there a trophy to be won?
