U23s, Academy and Loanees

Unfortunately he just doesn’t look like he would be good enough in the prem for what we want to achieve. He ideally needs a permanent transfer to Rangers where they love him. He can develop there and maybe become a half decent prem player eventually.

He's not ready, certainly not for the PL. But of course from the past couple of seasons there were people on here saying 'just play him, can't be worse than what we have' which was utter nonsense.

Obviously can't write him off as youngsters develop in all different ways and time frames, but I never saw him as having the 'x factor' that someone like LWB has.....

Is he in the right position? Never seen him as having the pace and agility for a winger role. I felt that may come with time. Perhaps a change of position would help.

I thought this team agreed he would play primarily in the number 10 role as part of the reason we agreed to this loan? I remember their coach saying he saw him as an 10 but could also play wide when needed... or something along those lines.

It took him a while to get going at Rangers so I guess we can wait and see how it goes by January

The whole team is fairly poor up front, with or without Moore. They have 9 goals in 8 league games and no player has more than 2 goals or 3 assists this season. The leading assist maker is a 20 year old German left winger with 50% more minutes than Mikey.
