I'm so pleased to read that, along with Donley I thought he was outstanding in our academy teams, I told my mates he reminded my of Beckenbauer the way he advanced out of defence with the ball.

I said that at the time about Danso. I thought he was outstanding when he came on.
Admittedly, I can't say the same about Sonny. Richi was blowing and needed to be subbed but Sonny didn't replace him well in my opinion. Way too lightweight performance for what was required after an hour. I actually think Tel would have fitted the plot better at that stage of the game.
